ADD ON & SPONSORSHIP SUGGESTIONS

We have several opportunities for you to add on to your event or help generate additional revenue for your fundraising efforts. 

Photo & Video Packages

Having a professional come in to take videos and/or photos during your event are a great way to capture the memories. See a sample video at https://youtu.be/qZgH7uQyfbE. 

• Photo + Video = $1,000 (weekdays) and $1,100 (weekends)
• Photos only -  $750 (weekdays) and $850 (weekends)
• Video only -  $750(weekdays) and $850 (weekends)

DJ

We have a house DJ that can be booked for your event. The cost is $150/hour. The sponsor can have signage at the DJ booth and give call-outs throughout the event. 

Television Graphics

With 36 TVs throughout the venue, adding rotating sponsor graphics is another asset that you can use to sell sponsorships at your event. Send us your sponsor logos two weeks ahead of time and we’ll prepare graphics to have displayed on the television screens during your event. 

Custom Trophies

Offer sponsors the ability to have their logos displayed on the trophies you award to the top teams. The cost for a set of six trophies (two 1st place, two 2nd place and two 3rd place) is $100. 

Lane Sponsor Cornhole Sets

You can seek out local companies to sponsor a set of cornhole boards that will be played on during the event. Our designers can create a fresh design that includes the sponsor logos/branding. The sponsor gets the recognition during the event and then gets to take the set of cornhole boards with them at the end of the event. Each set of boards comes with eight (8) bags and a score tower. The cost of the equipment is $300. The typical lane sponsor price is usually between $500-$1,000. The lane sponsor price is entirely up to you. After the $300 is deducted for the equipment cost, the remaining amount goes back to you. There is a three week lead time on all lane sponsor sets in order to give us time to have designs approved and the sets produced. 

Bag Set Sponsor

Similar to Lane Sponsors, you can offer packages where sponsors get their own custom set of bags. The cost of a custom set of (8) bags is $100.
